چکیده

Abstract Background Ex vivo and in detection imaging of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is critically important for the diagnosis treatment diseases, which still remains challenges up to present. Results We herein demonstrate that ATP could be fluorescently detected imaged ex vivo. In particular, we fabricate a kind fluorescent probes, are made titanium carbide (TC) nanosheets modified with ROX-tagged ATP-aptamer (TC/Apt). constructed TC/Apt, TC shows superior quenching efficiency against ROX (e.g., ~ 97%). While presence ATP, aptamer released from surface, leading recovery fluorescence under 545-nm excitation. Consequently, wide dynamic range 1 μM 1.5 mM high sensitivity limit (LOD) down 0.2 can readily achieved by prepared TC/Apt. further as-prepared TC/Apt probe feasible accurate discrimination different samples including living cells, body fluids mouse serum, urine human serum) tumor models. Conclusions Fluorescence serum), as well model through new nanoprobes, offering powerful tools diseases related abnormal fluctuation concentration.

investigation of single-user and multi-user detection methods in mc-cdma systems and comparison of their performances

Arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia: ex vivo and in vivo fat detection with black-blood MR imaging.

PURPOSE To assess electrocardiographically gated spin-echo (SE) and double inversion-recovery fast SE magnetic resonance (MR) imaging in the depiction of intramyocardial fat in cadaveric heart specimens and patients with arrhythmogenic right ventricular dysplasia (ARVD). MATERIALS AND METHODS A phantom was used to determine the effective in-plane spatial resolution of SE and fast SE MR imagin...

In vivo vs. ex vivo Magnetic Resonance Imaging In Mice

The use of high-resolution MRI for the evaluation of structural changes in the mouse brain is rapidly gaining favor with researchers. The decision to use either in vivo or ex vivo imaging is often a practical one. For example, technical limitations, such as the availability of appropriate equipment to image in vivo, may force an investigator to use ex vivo imaging. Conversely, animal availabili...
